2 drink minimum! The drinks are yummy and strong though, so I find it worth it. Plus, the comedy is better with a few drinks in me. We were there for SF Sketchfest, and I appreciate that they seat you because for the other sketchfest event we went to they didn't and it wasn't a fun experience because of it. Punchline is a classic SF spot for comedy, and you can kind of feel that when you walk in. It can get a little musty and humid in there, and I wish they gave it a deep clean once in a while. Overall, though, I'd gladly return as long as the talent is worth it!

There are no bad seats in the house, the staff is aware of not being in the way or too loud during performances. The menus is good for pre show snacking.

Great comedy, nice staff. Prices for drinks are outrageous. $14 for a high noon. Too much

Came here recently with friends to see my favorite comedian, Andrea Jin, and we had an absolute blast! This was also my first time at an intimate comedy club, and it was really fun. I'd only been to big arenas for comedy shows in the past. As far as seating goes, we had a fairly large group, but they were able to seat us on the side on a slightly elevated platform, and we had a great view. There's a two drink minimum with admission, which really wasn't a problem with the 2ish hours we were there. I also ordered one of their flatbreads, which was tasty! As far as the show goes, the two openers were really great! And Andrea Jin was amazing! I'm going to see her live again for sure! And the Punch Line was awesome, overall. I'd come back again without question!

This is a cozy little venue where I've seen both great and mediocre shows. Not every performance is going to be a home run, but that's just the nature of live entertainment. I was pretty indifferent toward the place--until tonight. Earlier, at a different venue, I must have eaten or drunk something that didn't agree with me, and by the time I got to the club, I was really struggling. Being the sober guy at a comedy club while trying not to throw up is far from ideal--all the embarrassment, none of the fun. The staff was fantastic. Even though I had to tap out just two minutes into the MC's introduction, they quickly totaled up my bill and even waived the charge for my non-alcoholic drink. Their kindness really stood out.

Lots of funnies here! It's a small venue so you can really see and even meet the artists performing. The service is great and the experience was well-organized. Note, like most comedy clubs, there is a 2 drink minimum. I wish I could see Dave Chappelle here someday!

What a fun venue to see a comedy show! Nothing better than eating their Mexican Street Corn Popcorn with lots of laughs. SO GOOD. Even when there's a full house, you really feel like the comedian is talking directly to you. They also do meet-and-greets with the headliner after the show! This is a Live Nation venue, so there's many big names that come here for stand up. Zac Galafanakis, Ali Wong, Dave Chappelle, Jason Leong - to name a few. I came here to see Sabrina Wu and loved every minute of it! With two openers, the show was about 2 hours long. Come early if you don't want to worry about ordering food and drinks during the show. Can be a little disruptive at times.

Came here for a free comedy event on a random Tuesday. Had a nice spot in the third row! 2 performers plus the headliner. It was perfect. 2 drinks minimum. Most are doubles but they count as single drinks. You can buy non-alcoholic drinks too. Came here with a few friends. Had a great time. Definitely will be back PS: it was a maze to find, signage is lowkey confusing but if you aren't running late, you'll eventually find it.
